Architects

Orco Property Group has called on a representative team of international architects to help them realise their architectural vision for Bubny.

Currently the FNA Architect Studio is working on the Bubny development plan. The skilled team under the lead of Frantisek Novotny prepared modern concept creating harmony between various functions and park and other public spaces. Removing constraints created by traffic from the surface will enable Prague 7 to be united again and the flow of people in West-East direction will be possible again. The concept includes large park in the center providing nice environment for the residential buildings situated on its side. 

Orco is also working closely with Daniel Libeskind, the globally renowned architect, who designed Orco’s flagship in Poland, iconic development Zlota 44 – a 54 storey multifunctional project in downtown Warsaw.

Other renowned Czech studio, Cigler Marani Architects, has also prepared part of the vision of the project. The Czech-American duo, Jakub Cigler and Vincent Marani, also worked for Orco’s Radio Free Europe building. The services of Hani Rashid and Asymptote Architecture, Christian Biecher and Arquitectonica were also engaged to help drive the vision of Bubny forward.
