One of ORCOs priority is to be among leaders on the sustainability agenda. While creating financial value we also address addressing environmental, social and municipal issues in an integrated manner.
As a development, Bubny requires a thoroughly deliberated sustainability strategy, integrating key aspects such as energy and water usage, materials, waste, ecology, transport, pollution, microclimate, quality of the built environment and building design. All these facets of the built environment will be fully considered at Bubny, not just in terms of what is right for the development, but what is going to be right for Bubny and its surrounding for years to come.
